To reach the R/V Cape Hatteras and Duke University Marine Laboratory, take Route 70 E through Morehead City, cross over the bridge and turn right at the sign for Duke University Marine Laboratory on Pivers Island. Once at the Duke University Marine Laboratory, turn left to the DUNCOC marine facility.
